Training & Certificates
We have secured the services of the New Zealand national coach Jacque Williams for both the Springston teams training as well as teaching at Pony Club rally days. Over the season we have around 20 pony club rallies where the girls work on their riding skills and horse care. New Zealand Pony Club association offer a syllabus of achievement certificates from D (ages 8-10) to A which would generally be ages 17 and above.
Our club actively participate and assist our members to work towards these goals.
Jacque and Dany are unable to be in Queenstown until after the HOY but will let you know dates.
Great to see the iniatives from the Otago/Southland Eventing Group who have organized a training camp for Emerging talent riders. These camps are hugely beneficial for our riders to train with the likes for Vaughan Jefferies and Trudy Bryce.
